Our Job Management System provides you with a Project Manager who has years of in-depth shop experience and a proven ability to establish methods, conceptualize tooling, supervise programming, and optimize production. The Project Manager successfully coordinates all the steps and processes required to meet the demands of complex, critically-tolleranced machine parts in both limited and high volume production. The expertise and knowledge is available for manufacturability and producibility discussions to better determine cost-effective designs.
We evaluate each job and develop a detailed Manufacturing Engineered Process which defines each step needed to successfully produce the part. this process is then analyzed in conjunction with tolerances and specifications of the drawing, create a Quality Engineered Process control that measures performance throughout the production cycle.
