We are a NADCAP accredited facility, Class 1 "A" for MIL-SPEC painting, including
CARC, epoxy, enamel, urethane,
Chemical film (Chromate) certified to MIL-C-5541 if performed in-house under carefully controlled conditions to insure dimensional integrity of the finished part and to provide a receptive surface for painting. Part Marking is accomplished by silk screen, rubber stamping and other approved processes in strict accordance with specifications. Assembly operations include installation of all varieties of threaded inserts, riveting of card guides and mounting of handles, latches, brackets, pads, bushings and pins. Efficient, reliable methods and proper fixturing insure compliance with all requirements.
Leak detection procedures, and Impregnation per MIL-I-276 b is available in-house to verify and enhance the integrity of critical material. Certified and well-trained personnel perform these important tests with unqualified integrity.
